Abstract

In this study, we will deal with it law in Turkey and its legal rights, as well as with the developing world, it law regulations and their defiencies. With the changing technological developments, the digital world on the internet, which have an impartant place today, take place in every aspect of our lives. With the important existence of the internet and digital world in our lives, problems and rights in our lives occur. The elements in it law, which covers the regulations in context of the rights and problems that arise are examined. The formation process of it law, its historical developments, legal developments in it law in Turkey and in the world are examined in our study. Rights are scrutinized through the information pollution created by this internet, which provides a wide flow of in formation and the formations it offers and its effects on human life. With the changing world the formation of new rights is inevitables. This study at the same time, we will examine bothth erequirements and the effects of the rightstobe forgotten, which is being implementted in our country througthts universal human rights and inviolability of private life and personel life in terms of information asymmetry theory.
