Television is an effective mass communication tool that continues to maintain its currency as an important factor affecting the social structure in the formation of the values and judgments of societies.In this study, we will examine the TV series "Judgment" as a television and television series, which we think has very important effects on society and social structure. Despite the prevalence of television, digital TV and internet channels in our country, it continues to be effective on society as a mass communication tool for people to use their spare time. We will discuss the concepts of Justice and the Rule of Law, which came to the fore because of its fictional story in the TV series "Judgment". Through the concepts of Justice and the Rule of Law, the meanings of these concepts and the effects of the effects of the values on social values on the society in terms of functionality, at the same time, we will examine how some values can be strengthened by re-taking a place in society through the Cultural Indicators and Cultivation Theory of George Gerbner, one of the representatives of the Annenberg School.
