The reason for the existence of public institutions is to provide services to the citizens. Each of the public institutions engages in public relations activities in line with their organizational structures, the quality and scope of the services they provide, and the diversity they show in terms of the social policies they implement. As a result, the main purpose of their public relations activities is to establish and maintain relations with their environment based on trust, approval and consent. Thus, it is to establish mutual trust between institutions and the public. It has been tried to determine whether the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Turkey can approach the field of public relations beyond administrative, instrumental or behavioral perspectives, and whether it can approach the field of public relations from a strategic point of view. It is a cross-sectional survey model, which is a descriptive research method made with a quantitative methodology for the institution.
